Country hitmaker Dallas Davidson is once again free after being arrested early Thursday morning.
Nashville's Tennessean says the noted songwriter was picked up by police outside the Tin Roof for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
According to the police report, officers were responding to a call about someone who was "trying to fight everyone." They found Davidson, who smelled of alcohol and appeared to be drunk, shouting obscenities and racial and homophobic slurs while throwing punches into his hand. While talking with police Dallas also attempted to go after a person on the street he claimed had hit him.
Davidson's many credits include such hits as Trace Adkins' "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," Blake Shelton's "All About Tonight," and Lady Antebellum's "Just A Kiss." The songwriter is also featured on the reality series "Private Lives of Nashville Wives."
