"I wanna, I wanna be / The one that you stand for / Reach out your hand for / I wanna, I wanna be / Good enough for me," Kramer sings in the chorus of the song. In a post shared to her Instagram she adds, "You are GOOD ENOUGH. My new single is out everywhere NOW!!! This song is an anthem about choosing to embrace every part of yourself- flaws and all- and finally be 'good enough' for yourself! It is an honor to share it with you guys!! Tag your friends below & remember always that you are #goodenough just as you are! XOXO"
"Good Enough" follows up Kramer's previously released song from back in March, "Beautiful Lies." This song speaks to feelings that the country singer felt during the period in her life when she and husband Mike Caussin took a break following his infidelity in 2016.
Most recently, Kramer and her family moved from their home in Los Angeles to start fresh in Nashville. They initially made the move to L.A. "because there were so many triggers in Nashville," the country singer shared with People. "We were like, all right, we just need to move away from this place and just kind of recharge, see where things are heading then we'll kind of go from there."
Ultimately Kramer and Caussin decided L.A. was not where they wanted to raise their two children, Jace Joseph and Jolie Rae. This fall, after settling in their new home, the couple will be bringing their hit iHeartRadio podcast, "Whine Down with Jana Kramer," to a handful of cities. Tickets for the "Whine Down Tour" can be purchased here.
In the meantime, be sure to take a listen to Kramer's new empowering song, "Good Enough."
