Maddie & Tae Star Shares Glimpse Of 'Precious Time' With Baby No. 2

Maddie & Tae’s Taylor Kerr shared heartwarming family photos from the first week at home with newborn Baby No. 2.

Kerr and her husband, Josh Kerr, announced her son’s arrival in mid-November. Chapel Shields Kerr was born early on October 29, weighing 3 lbs. and 4.9 oz., and measuring 15 inches. Kerr said when she announced Baby No. 2’s birth on November 14 that “we we are absolutely in love with our perfect little boy 💙 He’s making big moves in the NICU and we can’t wait to have him home with us soon 💪🏼🙏🏼”

On Tuesday (December 3), the Maddie & Tae artist reflected on the “first week at home with Chapel ❤️,” she wrote in her caption on Instagram. The family has “just been soaking up this precious time. Big sis is in HEAVEN if you can’t tell lol.”

Chapel Shields joins big sister Leighton Grace Kerr, who was born early on January 17, 2022. Kerr said at that time that her daughter is “beautiful, strong and everything we have ever dreamed of. she decided to be a Capricorn like her daddy. we already can’t wait for the day we get to finally take her home 💜.” Leighton Grace spent 53 days in the NICU. The Kerr family announced in June that the Maddie & Tae artist was pregnant with Baby No. 2: “baby BOY joining us this fall and we couldn’t be more excited 🥹💙”
