Robert Deaton's Full Interview On The Bobby Bones Show

Robert Deaton is an executive TV producer and director in the Nashville, Tennessee area. He stopped by the Bobby Bones Show to talk about upcoming endeavors including his movie Benched releasing August 17th. 

The film is about a veteran little league coach Don receives the inexperienced Michael as his new assistant coach. Throughout a season of errors, strikeouts and hurt feelings, Don and Michael must find a way to work together to bring their team to victory.

Deaton has produced the CMA Awards, Billboard Music Awards, hundreds of music videos and more. He just recently signed a contract with CMA to continue producing the CMA Awards until 2021, the length of CMA’s current deal with ABC Network. He's also the man behind Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood coming together for hosting duties. As well as the one to thank for the collaboration from Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton.
