Jelly Roll will take the stage at an iconic honky tonk in Fort Worth, Texas, headlining a benefit event days before the milestone 60th ACM Awards, the Academy of Country Music announced on Wednesday (April 23).

The Academy of Country Music revealed Jelly Roll is “bringing a bunch of friends” — though the rest of the lineup has not been announced as of publication time — to the ACM Lifting Lives event. The show supports the Academy’s philanthropic partner that aims to help improve lives “through the power of music.” The event will take place on Tuesday, May 6 at Billy Bob’s Texas, which is hailed “the world's largest honky tonk.” Tickets will be available on Friday (April 25) at 10 a.m. CT, per the Academy’s announcement.

Jelly Roll is nominated in multiple categories at the 60th ACM Awards, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year honor. Other nominees include reigning Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson, first-time nominee (and most-nominated artist) Ella Langley, Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and more. See the full list of nominees here.

Reba McEntire will return to host the ACMs for her 18th time, more than any other artist. So far, Wilson, Blake Shelton and Eric Church have been confirmed as performers at the 60th annual show, which is returning to the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Additional performers and presenters will be announced at a later date.

The 60th ACM Awards will kick off at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. PT on Thursday, May 8.
